Position:TAE (Technical Application Engineering)
Location: Shenzhen or Suzhou
Position Description & Requirements
1Provides technical validation or testing in closing of projects across in manufacturing locations
2Provides technical support in online implementation and trouble shooting
3Partners with equipment engineers in designing and specifying automation solution
4Carries out competitive analysis and bench marking
5Develops test data, design guide, processing guide
6Provides Technical or Application training to sales and technical organization

Desired Qualifications:
1BS/MS in Chemistry,or related engineering
2Application engineering experience or technical service experience in semiconduc,AUTO,electric industry is a plus for this position
3Strong motivation to learn adhesive application in different segments
4Quick learning capabilities, customer focused attitude
5Good communication skill for both internal and external audiences.
6Well organized and structured work style.
7Good safety mindset for jobsite
8The job requires heavy travels (approx. 50% of the working time)
